Sales Manager – Structured Cabling & Data Center Infrastructure

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with proven expertise in structured cabling systems and data center infrastructure to lead our sales growth and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote structured cabling and data center solutions across KSA. Identify and engage strategic accounts, building long-term business relationships. Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely reporting. Provide channel support and coordinate with partners to ensure sales targets are met. Work across all verticals to identify opportunities and secure projects. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead. Requirements: Location: Based in KSA. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering. Experience: 8–10 years of proven sales experience in structured cabling systems and data center infrastructure. Strong process orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA): Knowledge: In-depth understanding of structured cabling standards and data center infrastructure. Knowledge of ICT, networking, and enterprise infrastructure solutions. Familiarity with Saudi market trends, key players, and procurement processes. Skills: Strong sales planning, forecasting, and account management skills. Effective communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers at all levels. Competence in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting. Abilities: Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners. Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Adapt to rapidly changing market demands and technologies. Lead initiatives from prospecting to deal closure with minimal supervision.
