Sales Manager – Structured Cabling & Data Center Infrastructure

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with proven expertise in structured cabling systems and data center infrastructure to lead our sales growth and strengthen our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote structured cabling and data center solutions across KSA.

  • Identify and engage strategic accounts, building long-term business relationships.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely reporting.

  • Provide channel support and coordinate with partners to ensure sales targets are met.

  • Work across all verticals to identify opportunities and secure projects.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead.


Requirements:

  • Location: Based in KSA.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering.

  • Experience: 8–10 years of proven sales experience in structured cabling systems and data center infrastructure.

  • Strong process orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of structured cabling standards and data center infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of ICT, networking, and enterprise infrastructure solutions.

  • Familiarity with Saudi market trends, key players, and procurement processes.

Skills:

  • Strong sales planning, forecasting, and account management skills.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Competence in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting.

Abilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners.

  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Adapt to rapidly changing market demands and technologies.

  • Lead initiatives from prospecting to deal closure with minimal supervision.
